How to Use CopyGOAT
- Install the Extension: Add CopyGOAT from the Chrome Web Store.
- Add a Snippet: Click the extension icon. Define a shortcut (e.g.,
/email) and the full text. - Use Your Shortcut: Type the shortcut in any text box.
- Watch it Expand: It is automatically replaced with your full text.
How to Activate a Premium Plan
- Purchase a Plan: Choose a subscription or lifetime deal through our official links.
- Receive Your Key: After purchase, you will receive a license key by email.

Yes. CopyGOAT includes a rich-text editor. You can add colors, bullet points, hyperlinks, and images to your snippets, and they expand exactly as formatted.
Does it work in Google Docs or Gmail?
CopyGOAT is designed to work on most websites, including Gmail, Google Docs, Notion, Zendesk, Intercom, and many CRM platforms. Some heavily customized editors may behave differently, so if you find a site where it does not work, let us know through the Contact Us form.
What are the differences between the plans?
The Free version is limited to 7 active snippets. The Beginner Plan allows up to 50 snippets and 30 dynamic variables. The Power User (Pro) and Team License plans remove all limits, giving you unlimited snippets, unlimited dynamic variables, and custom prefixes (for example, ! or : instead of the default /).
Can I use my snippets on different computers?
Yes. CopyGOAT supports Google Drive Sync, so you can sync your snippets across browsers using your own Google Drive account. Manual import and export through JSON files is also available for Pro and Team users.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored locally on your computer and in your personal Google Drive if you enable sync. We do not store your snippets on our own servers, and we cannot read what you type.

Will this slow down my browser or ChatGPT?
No. ChatGPT Brain is lightweight and only runs on the ChatGPT website. It does not run background tracking scripts.
Can I export my prompts if I get a new computer?
Yes. You can export your entire prompt library as a single JSON file from the dashboard and import it on any other computer that runs the extension.
How do Chained Workflows work?
Workflows let you automate multi-step AI tasks. When you create a prompt, you can set a "Next Prompt." After you send the first prompt to ChatGPT, the extension loads the second prompt into your input box, ready for you to press send. For example: Generate Outline, then Write Section 1, then Write Section 2.
Is it free?
Yes. ChatGPT Brain is currently free to use, with no limit on the number of prompts you can save.
Does this extension read my ChatGPT history?
No. ChatGPT Brain only interacts with the input box to insert your saved prompts. It does not read, store, or analyze your conversation history.
Where are my prompts stored?
Your prompts are stored locally in your browser's extension storage and, if you enable Local Backup, on your computer's hard drive. We do not have access to your data.

Does Cleeo change my search results?
Only if you ask it to. By default, Cleeo changes the homepage layout and replaces the Doodle logo. If you turn on the domain filter, the sites you choose are hidden from your search results, and nothing else is touched.
How do I unhide an element I clicked by mistake?
Open the extension popup from your toolbar and click the red "Reset All" button. This clears your custom hidden elements and refreshes the page.
Does it work with Dark Mode?
Yes. Cleeo detects your system color scheme. In Dark Mode it shows the white Google logo, and in Light Mode it shows the colorful classic logo.
Can I personalize my New Tab page?
Yes. Cleeo lets you set a custom wallpaper, add quick links with custom icons, and fine-tune where the logo, search bar, and shortcuts appear.
Why does it need permission to read site data?
Cleeo needs standard host permissions for *://*.google.com/* so it can replace the Doodle image and apply the CSS that hides elements. It does not read your search history.

Cleeo is built with respect for your privacy. We do not track your searches, we do not log the elements you hide, and we do not use analytics scripts. Your browsing experience stays private and local to your machine.
